FAQ

What does "craft brewery" actually mean?

A craft brewery is small, independent, and traditional - brewing in small batches with an emphasis on flavor and technique over volume. Bayboro brews every beer we pour right here in the Warehouse Arts District.

FAQ

Why is beer served at different temperatures?

Lighter lagers shine ice cold, while ales, stouts and barrel-aged beers open up closer to cellar temperature - colder numbs flavor, warmer reveals it. Ask your bartender how we serve each pour.
